If awarded this grant, I agree to the following:

  • I have a current Garden Directory Listing
  • I have enclosed a Letter of Support from a school colleague
  • I understand that this grant is to pay the School Garden Caretaker for their work.
  • I will submit a final grant report by October 1, 2026 including 3 images for use at the MSGN Annual Meeting on November 2027.
    • If students are included in the photographs, you must submit a Photo Release form.
