Currently the Maine School Garden Network employs part-time independent contractors to provide the continuity of paid staff who are dedicated to promote and support Maine school garden champions.

The Coordinator manages the work of the organization with a focus on fundraising and works with the Finance Committee. The Program Organizer coordinates programs and events and works with the Maine School Garden Day Committee, Annual Meeting Committee and other committees as needed.
