Donations and grants in addition to a small amount budgeted from each program that participates in the garden project including the preschool and the semester program.

We partner with organizations such as Fedco, Johnny’s, Monroe Recreation, Wild Seed Project, and also have relationships with more than 80 families in our area that participate in programming involving the garden project.

What are your future goals?
Expanding our garden to include more space, more variety of plants, and more opportunities for children and adults to engage via workshops and events for the public
What is your most significant need?
If we had funding to increase the number of hours our garden coordinator can dedicate to this project, it would allow us to utilize more donations (coordinating and picking them up), strengthen relationships with organizations and individuals, and offer more opportunities to engage with the garden. It would also allow us to purchase more materials to expand our existing garden spaces.
