Sabattus Recreation Garden Club Members, Litchfield Senior Center Members, and Classroom teachers and support staff, as available.
How is your garden project funded?
Through the Sabattus Recreation Garden Club ledger.
What community connections do you have?
Our organization is recognized as a Master Garden Volunteer (MGV) Project, so we receive support from the UMaine Cooperative Extension, have a dedicated MGV. KVCOG supports composting through facilitating lessons, and resources.

Sabattus Recreation Garden Club Members and Litchfield Senior Center Members
What are your future goals?
To remain a school garden only. Plans for an edible forest installation with a new community partnership with ReTreeUs, Spring 2027.
What is your most significant need?
Sustainability funding to support school gardening efforts.
