After school garden club, summer farm stand program, summer family gardening program, school greenhouse, cafeteria connection, composting, vermicomposting, annual plant sale.

Who volunteers in your garden?
After school program, summer programs, students in 5th and 6th grade lead the garden project with classroom teacher, and other students participate as well.

How is your garden project funded?
Summer garden coordinator in school budget; school year greenhouse coordinator in budget; grants; plant sale funds; farm stand funds.

Plant sale, summer farm stand, cafeteria.

Who tends the garden when school’s out?
Summer Garden Coordinator, students in farm stand program, families.

What are your future goals?
We would like to have a permanent fence around the garden, get running water in the school greenhouse, be more connected with the food pantry, and plant more trees.
