Vegetable/herb garden with plans to install a greenhouse in summer 2026. Plans for an arboretum and associated outdoor classroom are in the works.

What community connections do you have?
We have continued support from the MikMaq Tribal Farm in nearby Presque Isle. In SY 2027 we hope to launch a garden club, and Local farmers and community members have made invaluable contributions to starting the garden.

What are your future goals?
We hope to eventually be able to supply our school kitchen with fresh produce from the garden, and incorporate learning gardening and cooking skills in some form into the program.
What is your most significant need?
Always in need of an extra hand, a few extra dollars, and a little more time to be in the garden.
