Who volunteers in your garden?
The after school club, staff members, and a few parents! We also have a FoodCorps member who connects us with the other schools in the district and does education in the cafeteria.
How is your garden project funded?
We had a stipend to get it off the ground because of our district’s participation in the Maine Farm and Sea to School Institute and all food grown is purchased by our nutrition department
What community connections do you have?
We have received donations from the community and parents who are excited to help us establish our program.

Launch our 1st and 2nd grade club this year
What is your most significant need?
We are needing funding to help get established with beds and paying our coordinator since we are still in our first year!
