When was your garden project started?
roughly 15 years ago at Benton Elementary School, now we are two programs, one at Lawrence Elementary School and one at Lawrence Primary School. The new garden at Lawrence Elementary School was constructed in the spring of 2026.

phase one is to build our garden (completed this spring), phase two is to plants and have a summer caretaker and possibly a green house, phase three includes fruit trees
What is your most significant need?
basic growing materials and tools, an indoor growing space for starting seeds, and a storage shed for materials.
