We welcome Abbie Gross as the new Outreach and Events Coordinator at the Maine School Garden Network! She will serve as the primary ambassador for the organization, increasing statewide awareness of our mission through outreach, event coordination, relationship building, and public engagement as well as select administrative duties.
Abbie has a deep love of all things plant-related. With a background in the culinary arts, herbal medicine and natural dyeing, Abbie enjoys connecting people with plants. She is passionate about school gardens and the many educational opportunities that grow from hands-on learning, inspiring curiosity, creativity and a deeper connection to the natural world around us. Abbie resides in Yarmouth, Maine with her husband and two children.
